Every badge on the front of this product is a claim, and a claim you cannot check is just decoration. This page is where we show our work: what each badge means, who verifies it, how the number on the box is measured, and what we will not say about molecular hydrogen even though it would sell better.

Claim by claim

The tablet is tested by a laboratory we neither own nor control. That independence is the whole point — a manufacturer checking its own homework is not a check, it is a formality.

GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice. For dietary supplements sold in the United States, the FDA sets those requirements in 21 CFR Part 111: rules covering facility sanitation, equipment, personnel training, batch records, and identity testing on incoming ingredients. Certification means a facility has been audited against them.

The tablet is manufactured and packaged in the United States. Not every raw material is available domestically, so where something is imported we would rather tell you than let the badge imply more than it should.

Non-GMO means the ingredients in the tablet are not derived from genetically modified organisms. It is a claim about sourcing, which makes it only as strong as the documentation standing behind it.

The formula contains no wheat, barley, rye, or anything derived from them. If you are celiac rather than gluten-avoidant, email us before your first order and we will walk you through the full ingredient list.

If it does nothing for you, you get your money back within 90 days of your first order. Ninety days because the changes that show up on a lab panel take two to three months — a two-week window would be a guarantee you could not actually use.

Evidence

The studies are on molecular hydrogen.

The human trials we cite investigated molecular hydrogen itself, usually delivered as hydrogen-rich water. They were not trials of Hydronate as a finished product. That distinction is worth stating plainly: the mechanism has a real literature behind it, and our specific tablet has not been the subject of its own clinical trial.

We would rather you hear that from us than discover it yourself and wonder what else we rounded up. Every study we reference is listed with its authors and year so you can go read the original.

The number on the box

Concentration measured in simulated gastric acid is not the same thing as concentration in a glass of water, and the two are not interchangeable. Wherever we publish a hydrogen number, we will say which one it refers to.

From ingredient to lot

Five things, in order.

A failed lot does not ship.

If results come back out of specification, the lot is held rather than released. That is the entire reason to test before release instead of waiting for complaints to tell you something went wrong.

If a problem were ever found in a lot that had already shipped, we would contact affected customers directly and post a notice on this page. We would rather absorb that cost than let you find out from someone else.

The fine print, unburied

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. That disclaimer is legally required, and it is also accurate, which is why we do not hide it in six-point type.

The benefits we describe are structure-function claims: statements about how a nutrient affects the normal structure or function of the body. They are legally distinct from disease claims, and we hold that line in ads and email, not just on the site.

The formula is gluten free and is not made with GMO ingredients. If you have a specific allergen concern, ask before you order and we will tell you exactly what is in it and what it is manufactured alongside.

If we change a supplier or adjust the formula, the supplement facts panel changes with it. We do not quietly swap ingredients behind a label that stays the same.

Keep tubes closed, dry, and out of direct heat. These tablets are moisture-reactive by design — that is the mechanism — so a tube left open loses potency faster than an ordinary supplement would.

If you have a reaction, stop taking it and contact us. We log every report we receive, and serious adverse events are reportable to the FDA.

We update this page when a standard, a supplier, or a test method changes. The date below is the last substantive change, not the last time somebody moved a comma.

Practitioners, retailers, and anyone doing diligence can email us for documentation that is not posted here. We would rather answer a hard question than lose the sale to someone who dodged it.
