Ingredients & Supplement Facts

Six ingredients. Eight if you like raspberry.

There is no proprietary blend on this label, because there is nothing to hide behind one. A tablet carries 80 mg of elemental magnesium — the only ingredient doing any work. Everything else exists to make sure the reaction actually happens in your glass, on time, every time.

At a glance
Active ingredient Elemental magnesium
Amount per tablet 80 mg
Percent daily value 19%
Hydrogen per glass 12 PPM
Tablets per bottle 30
Both flavors carry the same 80 mg of magnesium and the same hydrogen dose. The only difference between them is what makes one taste like raspberry.

This is the panel printed on the back of your bottle, typed out so you can read it before you buy instead of after. Switch flavors to see what changes.

What that means

Six ingredients.

The base tablet. Magnesium makes the hydrogen. Two fruit acids drive the reaction so it finishes instead of stalling. Dextrose holds the powder together as a tablet, and a trace of sodium stearyl fumarate lets the press release each one cleanly. Nothing at all is added for taste.

Line by line

Every ingredient, and why it is there.

Most labels give you a list and leave you to guess. Here is the job each one actually does — the active first, then the five that make sure it reaches you.

Elemental Magnesium

The only ingredient here doing any work. Elemental magnesium meets water and releases hydrogen gas — the 12 PPM on the label. It also happens to be 19% of your daily magnesium, which is a side effect rather than the point.

Takes water apart to make H₂
Malic acid powder in a glass dish
Reaction driver

Malic Acid

The tartness in green apples. It keeps stripping the chalky film off the magnesium so the reaction carries on instead of choking itself off — which is the reason your glass is ready in about 60 seconds and not an hour.

The acid in green apples
Tartaric acid powder in a glass dish
Reaction driver

L-Tartaric Acid

The acid in grapes. It works next to malic acid to hold the reaction at the right pace, so the fizz runs all the way through the tablet rather than fading out halfway down the glass.

Adipic acid powder in a glass dish
Stability

Adipic Acid

Barely absorbs moisture out of the air, so the last tablet in the bottle works like the first one. Without something doing this job, humidity would quietly start the reaction while the tablets were still in the tube.

Keeps the last tablet like the first
Dextrose powder in a glass dish
Binder

Dextrose

A pinch of glucose. It is the binder that holds the pressed powder together as a solid tablet until it hits water and lets go.

A binder, not a sweetener
Sodium stearyl fumarate powder in a glass dish
Pressing aidAbout 1%

Sodium Stearyl Fumarate

A pressing aid, about 1% of the tablet. It lets the tablet press release cleanly, which is what keeps every dose the same size and the same weight.

So every dose is identical
Natural Raspberry Powder
Flavor

Natural Raspberry Powder

Real raspberry, dried and milled. A light touch of flavor and nothing else — it sits near the end of the ingredient list, so there is not much of it. It does not color the tablet or the water.

Raspberry only
Chinese Blackberry Leaf Extract
Sweetness

Chinese Blackberry Leaf Extract

A leaf extract that tastes sweet on its own. It is the reason the raspberry tablet needs no sucralose, no stevia and no sugar alcohols to be drinkable.

Raspberry only
Two of these are unique to the raspberry tablet. Switch the flavor above and the list changes with it.
What happens in the glass

The tablet does not dissolve. It reacts.

A powder drink mix dissolves and then sits there. Elemental magnesium does something different — it takes water apart and hands you the hydrogen. That is the entire mechanism, and it is why the tablet goes into your water instead of into your mouth.

The reaction
Mg + 2H₂O Mg(OH)₂ + H₂

One magnesium atom and two water molecules give you magnesium hydroxide plus a molecule of dissolved hydrogen gas. Left to itself, magnesium builds a chalky film and the reaction stalls — which is precisely what malic and tartaric acid are in the tablet to prevent.

Step 1Zero seconds

Drop it in.

One tablet into a glass of plain water. Cold or room temperature, glass or bottle — it makes no difference to the chemistry.

The tablet fizzing as it releases hydrogen gas
Step 2About 60 seconds

Let it react.

The fizz you can see is magnesium pulling hydrogen out of the water. The two fruit acids keep the surface clear so the reaction runs to the end instead of stalling.

Drinking the finished glass of hydrogen water
Step 3Straight away

Drink it fresh.

Hydrogen is the smallest molecule there is, so it slowly leaves an open glass. Drink it once the fizzing stops rather than letting it sit on the counter.

How it adds up

What your magnesium adds up to.

Magnesium is the active, so your daily magnesium moves with the number of tablets you take. Worth knowing if you already take magnesium at night.

Tablets per day Elemental magnesium % Daily Value
1 tablet — The Trial 80 mg 19%
2 tablets — The Transformation 160 mg 38%
3 tablets — The Ritual 240 mg 57%
For reference, the tolerable upper intake level for supplemental magnesium in adults is 350 mg a day, so even three tablets sit under it at 240 mg. If you take another magnesium supplement, count them together — and talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing kidney problems.
The short list

What is not in it.

No caffeine
No jitters, no crash, no 3pm dip
No artificial sweeteners
No sucralose, no stevia, no sugar alcohols
No artificial colors
No dyes, no lakes — nothing is added to color it at all
No added preservatives
Nothing in here to extend shelf life
How it is made

Where the tablet comes from.

An ingredient list is only worth as much as the factory standing behind it.

Third-party tested

The hydrogen output is measured by an independent lab rather than in-house. The 12 PPM figure on the box is their number, not ours.

GMP-certified, made in the USA

Pressed in a GMP-certified facility in the United States, under the manufacturing rules the FDA sets for dietary supplements.

Non-GMO and gluten free

No genetically modified inputs and no gluten. The whole formula is six ingredients long, which is what makes that easy to promise.

Nothing to hide

Read the whole label. Then take 90 days.

That is the entire formula above — no blend, no asterisk. Try it for a full 90 days and if it is not doing what you hoped we refund you, opened bottles included.
