Hydronate Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Hydronate, we are committed to transparency and making your subscription experience simple and flexible.
By enrolling in a Hydronate subscription, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Billing
When you purchase a Hydronate subscription:

You authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

Your subscription will renew every 30 days

You will be charged the subscription price displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping (if applicable).
You will receive an order confirmation email after each successful charge.
2. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel, you must:

Log into your account hydronate.com/account, OR

Email us at support@hydronate.com, OR

Use the customer portal link provided in your order confirmation email.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
If cancellation is requested after a renewal charge has processed, that order will still be fulfilled and shipped.
3. No Retroactive Cancellations
Once a subscription renewal has been successfully processed:

The order is considered final.

We cannot retroactively cancel or reverse a processed renewal.

The order will ship as scheduled.
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription prior to renewal.
4. Refund Policy for Subscription Orders
Due to the consumable nature of our products:

We do not accept returns of opened products.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To request a return, contact support@hydronate.com with your order number.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
5. Failed Payments & Dunning
If a renewal payment fails:

We may attempt to process the payment again.

We may notify you via email to update your billing information.

If payment is not successfully completed, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
6. Chargeback Policy
If you experience any issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first at support@hydronate.com so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Hydronate may delay resolution and may result in:

Immediate cancellation of your subscription

Ineligibility for future purchases

Submission of documentation to the issuing bank demonstrating agreement to subscription terms
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this subscription policy.
7. Policy Acceptance
By completing your purchase, you:

Agree to recurring billing

Confirm you understand renewal timing

Accept responsibility for managing your subscription
