Shipping policy


At Hydronate, we work hard to get your order shipped fast, accurately, and safely. Below is everything you need to know about how our shipping process works.


Order Processing Times

We offer same-day shipping on most orders placed during business hours.

Same-Day Dispatch Cutoff Times

Orders placed:

  • Before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST)

  • Before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Will be processed and shipped out the same business day (Monday–Friday).

Orders Placed After Cutoff

Any order placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.

Weekend & Holiday Orders

Orders placed on:

  • Weekends

  • Federal holidays

  • Any non-business day

→ Will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Timeframes

Once your order is dispatched, typical delivery times are:

📦 3–5 business days (standard)
📦 Up to 7 business days during peak seasons, holidays, or carrier delays

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Carrier volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Your shipping address

  • Peak shopping periods

We always provide the most accurate tracking information available.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 24–48 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends), please contact us at support@hydronate.com.


Shipping Carriers

We currently ship using a variety of major carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Carrier selection may vary based on location, timing, or service availability.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
Hydronate is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, email us immediately at support@hydronate.com — we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.

  2. Verify the address on your order confirmation.

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

If the package is still missing, reach out to us - we’ll help investigate and assist with a solution.


International Shipping 

Hydronate ships to select international destinations.
International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or customs fees determined by your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
